Improvement to tutor eval points reset script

1. It should only work on account that contains keyword "bangkok", this is to prevent IN ANY CASES changing email of an unwanted account.
2. When resetting tutor eval point, the flow is as follows
   2.1. Reset eval point of the account.
   2.2. Change tutor email to non-existent mail.
   2.3. Revoke previous tutor access by changing the account password to random one.

Might be good to see the behavior when the new email matches the already existing one in the intra.
