Mode parsed incorrectly. #7
Description
Sorry, I'm not sure how to fix this one myself without a bunch of trial and error, but the MODE ircCommand seems to be parsing incorrectly. Not a major issue as the parsing can be handled manually but thought I would mention it in case anyone wants to take care of it.
It looks like the channel is broke and I think the message should be +o dorothy770627
