Getting a login error while trying to login

Hi, when I'm trying to login using the Bitwarden Menubar I get the following error:

Does the issue only occur with this application (the menu bar app) or also with the official clients? Note that this application is not associated with the Bitwarden project or 8bit Solutions LLC. Instead, this app is just a wrapper (basically a small native WebKit browser window) for an outdated version of the Bitwarden Browser Extension.

You could try to log out completely from the app and log back in again. Alternatively you can try reinstalling the app.

If this doesn't help I would suspect that it is caused by the outdated browser extension used in the app. The problem is described in more detail in #2 but I am afraid there is currently no solution to this. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It only occurs when using this specific application. I guess it has to do with the fact that it's build on an outdated version of the browser extension then.
