Missing Release & tutorial?

Hi, 
Thanks for the interesting and useful work. However, I found that while the readme stated one just need to download the release version and use unrealrox-plus as plugin. Nothing is provided in the release page. It might be a good idea to provide those to popularize this interesting tool.
