Tutorial vs. Relion GUI wording

Dear @biochem-fan,

I stumbled upon some additional inconsistencies between the tutorial and the GUI:

1. 3D initial model (tutorial) vs. 3D initial reference (GUI) - names are different
2. Skip gridding? (tutorial) is not present in the GUI
