Multiple Ghost Entries in Android Accounts #97

Hello. I am using v 2.2.3 F-Droid on Android 10. I am just using it for a local task list which I sync up to a cloud with FolderSync. I see multiple entries for sync in the Android Account sheet. Turning the active list on spawns multiple entries. Backing out the title sheet says Sync on for 1 of 2 entries, but there is one active entry and three ghosts. Please see attached.
This appears to be a UI bug. Has anyone else seen this. It may just be my phone.
