Huge data loss on Android 16

Frequent crashes while creating new address books and task books and one of them reduced my address book from 250 to 74 Contacts. Sadly no way to pinpoint who or what caused this but I'm guessing it's the app crashing ...

Some chance it might have something to do with a permission I denied.
