A separate directory for the standards.

• Some of the README is containing the standardisations. Which we should separate and make it in its own standards directory.
• And make the README clean for the users that are there to use those, not for those who are there to make a commit.

What should be the name of the directory and how should it be organised

There should be separate STANDARD.md file in both directory Algorithms and DataStructure.

I think that would be good idea.
And there will be a centralized Standard in the root that will define the structure of the both.

Whole idea:

• /STANDARD.md: Structure of the filesystem. And common standard for both.
• /<sub>/STANDARD.md: Standard that applies here only.

Don't use common standard for both in a single file.
If we are making standards for different areas. Then we will put all the standards in that fields root.

I meant a STANDARD file at root, which will contain file structure standard,

• Another STANDARD file in DS, containing standards for DS
• Another in Algo, containing standards for Algo
