请务必阅读guidelines for contributing.
一些其他的注意事项：
自己开的PR一定要由别人来Merge！检查好了再Merge！不要手抖！注意标记有incomplete的PR不要合并！
用Web上的Merge就可以了。。。如果是手动Merge的话一定要加上--no-ff！
一定要本地用cpplint或test.cpp测试过了才行！不要把没有意义的东西交给Travis测试！
Commit信息要有点意义！比如Add、Update、Fix之类的
目录名不能有空格！
目录全部小写（根目录如Math除外）！用下划线连接！
