Tweaks to the API before next release

Describe the enhancement

• Further decouple the concept of Debug and the rest of Log into a debug channel that just receives strings and an Info channel that receives the rest of the variants from Log Introduce Info and separate info/debug strings #328
• Serialize headers more efficiently in sqlite by simply encoding the bytes of the header and writing them as a BLOB Use BLOB and consensus encoding for the entire header type #326
• Remove the CFHeaderChain and FilterChain by consolidating data into BlockTree Replace CFHeaderChain and FilterChain #330
• Improve the CI toolchain caching and expand the justfile Just-ify CI #322
• Avoid missed requests from the client Use unbounded channels to avoid dropped requests #335
• Implement/experiment with caching in sqlite to improve potentially improve performance (optional)
• Try to use either absolute::Height or the internal Height everywhere and make it public (optional)

Additional context

BDK recently released 1.2.0 of wallet and subsequently the bindings will release as well. Ideally 0.10.0 of kyoto can land in 1.3.0 of the bindings, and with it the performance enhancements from these proposed changes. Given there will be at least a month or so to tackle these, these tasks seem more than realistic. Tracking the progress here

Other improvements should be internal, and can be released as patch versions. The Height needs more time for thought
