Floating rice

Rice uses LockConstraints to stick to things, but sometimes it can end up with these constraints existing at a distance, somehow.

Large time steps cause this to occur more frequently/noticeably, but it doesn't explain the problem exactly.

Note two groups of two rice grains here, affected by the movement of the bamboo mat at a distance:
