1.Adding instructions on how to assemble the 3D enclosure, it's hard to know how to keep YS-IRTM IR Module in place

To keep the IR module in place, I only use the Hot Melt Adhesive.

2.What size of screws to use(ex.M3)

The size of the screws for the PN532 module is M3 x 6 screws, and for the other screws, you need M2 screws with an appropriate length.
