Reason for deprecation? #202

Hi there @arowla @kaitlin @leahbannon! I just found this project randomly while looking around for client libraries for FBO -- it looks really useful. Thanks for sharing such great work!
Was wondering what the reason for deprecation was -- did things change on the FBO side or was it related to hosting/maintenance costs on the 18F side?
