OreHighlighter Modded Blocks

OreHighlighter only works with vanilla blocks but not blocks added by mods.
this may have to do with the load order.

it seems to be the same with any mod that adds blocks/ores to the game
a good example could be Tinkers Construct, or Draconic Evolution;

As i expected.
It works! :D

But the item id != the placed block id

as a small example:

Cobalt Ore (id 4101)
placed cobalt has the id 257

let me add an "view id" under info-mod, than i will post an update, so its easier to guess the id of the placed block(s)

btw release id is 0.0.5.9.4 and file id is 0.0.5.9.3

uh yes, but nothing real bad :D
with 1.13 i have to rewrite everything which works with blocks (cause they removed the id, only minecraft:name than), until that date it will be 5.9.x
