You can check the source code, the contract and the on chain txn. It paid out each time the dev spun up a version (so far). The timer makes it self liquidating

Nobody knows who it pays out to, though. It's entirely possible the developers have figured out the winning solution beforehand.

I tried running their prompt through OpenAI and couldn't reproduce the responses given by Freysa. The tone wasn't even close. Maybe their model was fine-tuned, or maybe they're using a different prompt than the one they display on the website.
