[FEATURE] Do not delete existing proofs on aggregator startup #304
Description
Currently the aggregator deletes generated proofs on startup. This should be avoided.
The reason it does it was to have a quick fix when we detected an issue while calculating the acc input hash chain after a restart. This logic should be improved in order to preserve the already generated proofs.
