Deploying Polygon CDK L2 with Devnet (Prod-Ready Setup) – Anyone Done It?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to start a discussion to see if anyone here has successfully deployed an L2 using the Polygon CDK with the devnet (production-ready) setup.

I’ve already tested things locally using Kurtosis CDK, and that part seems to be working well. Now I’m exploring moving beyond local environments and would love to hear from anyone who has taken the next step—especially deploying on an external L1 (e.g., Sepolia) using the prod-ready configuration.

If you’ve done this, it would be great to know:

• What your setup looked like
• Any challenges you faced during deployment
• Things to watch out for when transitioning from Kurtosis/local devnet to a more production-like environment

Any pointers, docs, or shared experiences would be really helpful.
