menu items not all visible

Hi, and thanks for a great tool!

I have been using parts of the code for use with a wii nunchuck, which in itself works nice.
Some small things though, using the code with a spi tft display (Adafruit_ST7735), I am not seeing the last menu item on the first level (Test 1 Menu etc. ), the second level (Settings > Channel 1) and the third level (Settings > Channel 0 : Scale) && (Settings > Channel 1 : Back). It looks like this has something to do with the definition of (Menu::NullItem), but I cannot get my head around the pointers there.
Also, are the "*.XXX" files included with the TFT Example recommended to fix this issue??
