[BUG] Element zapper is missing when used on mobile safari, but works on desktop

Describe the bug
The Element Zapper is missing entirely when wblock is used in mobile Safari on iOS

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '.puzzle piece icon in safari url bar'
2. Click on 'extensions'
3. Scroll down to '.wblock icon'
4. See error - white pop up stating that 'content blocking is active for this page'

Expected behavior
The same as on desktop, an element zapper button, so that annoyances can be removed from the active page.

This isn't a bug, as there is no element zapper on iOS (the README was updated recently for an upcoming release which will include it, so sorry for the confusion). Look out for v2.0.0 in the coming weeks 👀
