500 (Internal Error)

Hello i would like try yo RMM for my company
I ve install on the ubuntu server and i declare my IP : 192.168.1.34:7080
On the frontend all is ok but i can't download the agent package.
And when i try i install manually with the config i he the msg : DownloadFileAsync: An error occurred: Response status code does not indicate success: 500 (Internal Server Error).

Can you help me ?

Please check if the packages are present and loaded. What does the server console window output say? I think the packages are either not present, or cannot be accessed by the backend process.

if i go http://192.168.1.34:7080/private/downloads/netlock/user.process.package.win-x64.zip i ve the message "Unauthorized."

To clarify, are you using docker or native ubuntu? What I requested was the output from the server process. Depending on your OS its the service log, or on docker you can get it through docker logs

I would like to know if the packages had been loaded by the backend or not.
