BASICMASTER L2/L2II/Jr. emulators

As far as I know, there are four emulators available at present: j68, bm2, eBasicmasterJr, and MAME. It seems that there was also the eMB688x, which is no longer available.

Actually, I will get to this; personal life just got in the way of keeping up with my GitHub stuff, sorry.

(I also need to update with info about the bm2 releases, and the new mc68-net/bm2src repo where I'm now keeping older copies, including one that never made it on to archive.org.)
