I keep getting distracted with research so giving myself this so I don't get distracted

• Pick an initial set of sync structures to support (ie CRDTs, Antimatter etc)
• implement flexible storage framework for said data structures (can use any of the options in Pick embedded DB to use #3)
• implement network code on top of libp2p, with option to change it out for something else later
• create public facing API for querying
• implement method for data ownership (ie p2panda-group)
